Instructions
- Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a large pot.

- In a separate pot, heat the chili over medium heat.
- Once the polenta is creamy, remove from heat and stir in the cheese until melted.
- To serve, spoon polenta into bowls and top with chili.
- Garnish with chopped green onions.
