Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and black pepper for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  4. Add marinated chicken and stir-fry until browned, about 5 minutes.
  5. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until tender.
  6. Mix cornstarch with a little water and add to the stir-fry to thicken the sauce.
  7. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
