- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and black pepper for 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Add marinated chicken and stir-fry until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Mix cornstarch with a little water and add to the stir-fry to thicken the sauce.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
