  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 green onions, sliced for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the onion and cook until translucent.
  4. Add carrots and bell pepper, sauté for 5 minutes.
  5. Incorporate broccoli and snow peas, stirring well.
  6. Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
  7. Add soy sauce and sesame oil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  8. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
