Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt dark chocolate and butter in a double boiler. Stir until smooth.
- Remove from heat and whisk in granulated sugar.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Fold in flour and salt until just combined.

- Bake for 25-30 minutes. Let cool completely.
- In a mixing bowl, whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Cut brownies into cubes.
- Layer brownie cubes, whipped cream, and chocolate ganache in a trifle dish.
- Repeat layers until ingredients are used.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
