Instructions

  3. Add chilled butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Stir in cold water until dough forms.
  5. Roll out the dough and fit it into a pie pan.
  6. Prick the bottom with a fork and chill for 30 minutes.

  8. Melt chocolate in a double boiler and let cool slightly.
  9. In another bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, vanilla, and salt.

  12. Fold whipped cream into the chocolate mixture gently.
  13. Pour filling into the cooled crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
