- 1 pack of blinis or mini pancakes
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each blini.
- Layer smoked salmon slices on top of the cream cheese.
- Garnish with capers and additional dill.
- Arrange on a serving platter and serve immediately.

- For a twist, add horseradish to the cream cheese mixture.
- Use cucumber slices instead of blinis for a gluten-free option.
