Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each blini.
  3. Layer smoked salmon slices on top of the cream cheese.
  4. Garnish with capers and additional dill.
  5. Arrange on a serving platter and serve immediately.
