- 1 lb of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 package of phyllo pastry
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Spread the shrimp mixture on a baking sheet. Roast for 10-12 minutes until shrimp are opaque.
- In another bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, dill, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Unroll phyllo pastry and cut into squares. Place a spoonful of cream cheese mixture and a few shrimp on each square.
- Fold the pastry over the filling, forming triangles, and brush with egg wash.
- Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

- For added flavor, consider incorporating spices like cayenne pepper.
- Serve with a fresh lemon wedge for garnish.
