Description

Christmas Rolo Pretzel Sandwiches are a festive treat combining sweet and salty flavors. They are easy to make and perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Rolo candies (approximately 10 ounces)
  • 1 bag of pretzel snaps (approximately 8 ounces)
  • 1 cup of pecan halves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Arrange the pretzel snaps on the baking sheet.
  4. Unwrap the Rolo candies and place one on each pretzel.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 3-5 minutes until the Rolo is soft but not melted.
  6. Remove from the oven and gently press a pecan half onto each melted Rolo.
  7. Allow to cool completely before serving.

Notes

  • For a chocolate drizzle, melt additional chocolate and drizzle over the cooled sandwiches.
  • Substitute pecans with M&M’s for a colorful variation.
