- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add cubed chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in heavy cream and let it thicken for about 3-5 minutes.
- Add Parmesan cheese and mix until melted and combined.
- Toss in the cooked fettuccine and coat well with the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
