Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon together for the filling.
  6. Fill each muffin cup halfway with batter, sprinkle a tablespoon of the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top, then cover with more batter.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. While muffins bake, prepare the glaze by whisking powdered sugar and milk until smooth.
  9. Once muffins are cool, drizzle with glaze.
