  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, onion, garlic, eggs, salt, pepper, thyme, Worcestershire sauce, and parsley.
  3. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  5. Spread additional ketchup on top for glazing.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  7. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
