Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine corn kernels, sour cream, cheddar cheese, milk, and melted butter.
  3. In another bowl, mix cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
