- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- In a blender, combine cottage cheese, heavy cream, Parmesan, sautéed garlic, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Blend until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to the skillet and heat gently, stirring until warmed through.
- Serve over your choice of pasta, garnished with fresh parsley.

- You can substitute Parmesan with Pecorino Romano for a sharper flavor.
