- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1/2 cup cooked ground beef
- 1/4 cup diced green onions
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese.
- Add the diced tomatoes with green chilies, cooked ground beef, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and paprika.
- Season with salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve with tortilla chips, bread, or vegetable sticks.
- You can substitute ground beef with chorizo for a spicier flavor.
- For a vegetarian version, omit the meat and add black beans.
