Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1/2 cup cooked ground beef
  • 1/4 cup diced green onions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese.
  3. Add the diced tomatoes with green chilies, cooked ground beef, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and paprika.
  4. Season with salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
