- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté until translucent.
- Add minced garlic and ground beef to the skillet. Cook until the beef is browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Stir in the beef broth and bring to a simmer. Allow it to reduce for about 5 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and add Italian seasoning. Stir to combine.
- Mix in the cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese. Toss until the pasta is evenly coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
