- 8 oz. medium shell pasta
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the shell pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until translucent.
- Add minced garlic and ground beef to the skillet. Cook until the beef is browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer. Allow to reduce for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
- Try using different cheeses like mozzarella or gouda for variations.
- To enhance flavor, consider adding mushrooms or bell peppers during the beef cooking process.
