Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, onions, peas, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and breadcrumbs are golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute cooked turkey for chicken.
- Add mushrooms for extra flavor.
- For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
- Top with fresh herbs for garnish.
