Ingredients

  • 8 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
