- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Reduce the heat to low. Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine with the garlic.
- Add the grated parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens.
- Toss the cooked fettuccine in the sauce until fully coated.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
