  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a mixer, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Blend in vanilla extract, sour cream, and flour until fully combined.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
  8. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
