- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add the granulated sugar, mixing until fully incorporated.
- Add the heavy cream, eggs, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture into the graham cracker crust.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
- Remove from oven and let cool to room temperature.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, sprinkle brown sugar on top and use a kitchen torch to caramelize.

- For a flavored variation, add citrus zest or espresso powder to the filling.
- Serve with fresh berries for a contrasting flavor.
