Ingredients

- 4 chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, apple cider vinegar, black pepper, and ginger.
- Place chicken thighs in the crock pot.
- Pour the honey garlic mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, remove chicken and let it rest.
- Optional: Thicken sauce by pouring it into a saucepan and simmering until reduced.
- Serve chicken thighs drizzled with sauce and garnished with green onions.

- For extra flavor, marinate chicken thighs overnight.
- Serve with steamed rice or vegetables.
- Use bone-in thighs for more moisture.
