- 1.5 lbs steak, sliced thin
- 4 large potatoes, diced
- 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 cups provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Layer diced potatoes on the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add sliced steak evenly over the potatoes.
- Top with chopped bell peppers and onions.
- Pour beef broth over the mixture.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, black pepper, and salt on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- In the last 30 minutes, sprinkle shredded provolone cheese on top.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

- For added flavor, marinate the steak in Worcestershire sauce for an hour before cooking.
