Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent.
- Transfer the beef mixture to the crockpot.
- Add the kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, beef broth, and bell pepper to the crockpot.
- Stir to combine all ingredients thoroughly.
