  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 pound ground beef or Italian sausage
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef or sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add marinara sauce, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the meat. Mix well.
  3. Spread a layer of the meat sauce mixture at the bottom of the crockpot.
  4. Layer 4 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
  5. Spread 1 cup of ricotta cheese over the noodles, followed by a layer of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Repeat the layers two more times, finishing with a layer of sauce and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until noodles are tender.
  8. Let it rest for 15 minutes before serving.
