- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 pound ground beef or Italian sausage
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef or sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add marinara sauce, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the meat. Mix well.
- Spread a layer of the meat sauce mixture at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Layer 4 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
- Spread 1 cup of ricotta cheese over the noodles, followed by a layer of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Repeat the layers two more times, finishing with a layer of sauce and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until noodles are tender.
- Let it rest for 15 minutes before serving.
