Ingredients

- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 ounces)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Brown the sausage on all sides, then remove from heat and slice.
- Add sliced peppers, onion, and garlic to the crockpot.
- Layer the sausage on top of the vegetables.
- Pour diced tomatoes over the mixture.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Stir before serving.
