A flavorful and satisfying crunchy southwestern chicken wrap, perfect for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup corn, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or pepper jack)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 3 large flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, red onion, and taco seasoning.
- Mix in the ranch dressing until evenly coated.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- In the center of the tortilla, layer the chicken mixture, avocado, lettuce, cheese, and cilantro.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it tightly from the bottom up.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Slice the wraps in half diagonally for serving.
Notes
- You can add jalapeños for extra heat.
- Substitute grilled shrimp or steak for the chicken if desired.
- Serve with salsa or guacamole on the side.
