Instructions

  5. Mix in the vanilla extract.

  8. Mix until just combined; do not overmix.
  9. Pour the batter into the prepared cupcake liners, filling each about two-thirds full.
  10. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  11. Let cool before frosting.
