Ingredients

- 1/2 cup raw cashews, soaked for 2 hours
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon capers, rinsed
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
- Add cashews, water, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, capers, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Adjust consistency with more water if needed.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to a week.
