Instructions
- Gather the dandelion flowers, ensuring no debris or insects remain.

- Reduce heat and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove the flowers.
- Add sugar and lemon juice to the liquid, stirring until sugar dissolves.
- Bring the mixture to a boil again, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes until it thickens slightly.
- Pour the syrup into sterilized jars and seal while hot.
