Ingredients

- 2 slices of sourdough bread
- 2 large eggs
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 slices of crispy bacon
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat and add butter.
- Crack eggs into the skillet. Cook to your preference (sunny-side up or over easy).
- Season eggs with salt and pepper.
- While eggs cook, toast the sourdough slices in the skillet until golden brown.
- Assemble the sandwich: Spread mayonnaise on one slice of toast.
- Add a slice of cheddar cheese, followed by the eggs, bacon, and another slice of cheddar.
- Top with the second slice of toast.
- Press down gently, slice in half diagonally, and serve hot.

- For a spicy kick, add sliced jalapeños.
- Substitute bacon with avocado for a vegetarian option.
