- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and ginger.
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken in the skillet.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice the chicken and drizzle with remaining sauce.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
