- 4 large eggs, separated

Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth.

- In a clean bowl, whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then fold into the chocolate mixture.
- Divide the mousse into serving cups and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Before serving, top with mixed berries and garnish with mint leaves.
