- 1 pound of ground turkey
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups of marinara sauce
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- In a saucepan, heat marinara sauce over medium heat.
- Add cooked meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Transfer meatballs and sauce to a baking dish, top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

- You can substitute ground beef or chicken for turkey.
- For a vegetarian option, use plant-based ground meat.
