Description
A gourmet dinner idea featuring seared salmon with a lemon-dill sauce.
Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Place salmon skin-side down in the skillet and sear for 4-5 minutes.
- Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove salmon and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add lemon juice, zest, and dill; cook for 2 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and simmer until thickened.
- Plate salmon and drizzle with sauce.
Notes
- For a twist, add capers to the sauce.
- Serve with asparagus or roasted potatoes.
- Garnish with lemon slices and dill sprigs.
