Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear chicken breasts for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.

- Add chicken broth to the skillet, scraping up any browned bits.
- Stir in heavy cream and spinach, cooking until spinach wilts.
- Return chicken to the skillet, spooning sauce over the top.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and transfer the skillet to the oven.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
