  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon thyme, dried
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary, dried
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Season the chicken breasts with thyme, rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Place the chicken in the skillet and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  7. Deglaze the skillet with chicken broth and lemon juice.
  8. Return the chicken to the skillet and transfer to the oven.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
