  • 1 cup of cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and cook until tender, about 4-5 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, mix soy sauce and cornstarch, then pour over the chicken and vegetables.
  6. Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes until sauce thickens.
  7. Drizzle sesame oil before serving.
  8. Serve over cooked rice.
