  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup long-grain rice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken thighs with Cajun seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken and sear until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes.
