Ingredients

- 2 large cucumbers
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cherry tomatoes, halved for garnish
Instructions
- Wash and dry the cucumbers.
- Slice the cucumbers into 1/4 inch thick rounds.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, dill, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spread a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture on each cucumber slice.
- Top with a half cherry tomato for garnish.
- Arrange on a platter and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a vegan version, substitute cream cheese with a plant-based alternative.
- You can add smoked salmon on top for a more upscale presentation.
- Chill cucumbers for 30 minutes before serving for extra crispness.
