  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy.
  4. Add the melted chocolate mixture and vanilla extract to the egg mixture, folding gently.
  5. Sift the flour and salt into the mixture, folding until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased and lined baking dish.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the edges are set but the center remains soft.
  8. Allow to cool before slicing into squares.
