Ingredients

- 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup of green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Fold in the shrimp until evenly coated with the cheese mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and smooth it out evenly.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For variations, consider adding diced jalapeños for heat.
- You can substitute crab or lobster for shrimp.
- Serve with toothpicks for easy handling.
