Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced vegetables and sauté until tender.
- Stir in the shredded turkey and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add turkey broth and bring to a simmer.
- Mix in cooked rice or pasta.
- Season with garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes until heated through.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
