- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 1 egg

- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Mix the ingredients until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- While the meatballs are baking, heat marinara sauce in a saucepan.
- Once the meatballs are done, add them to the sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with your choice of pasta or on a sub roll.
