Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it just begins to simmer.
  2. Remove from heat and add the chopped dark chocolate, stirring until fully melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in the orange zest and orange juice until well combined.
  4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours until firm.
  5. Using a melon baller or small scoop, portion out the chilled chocolate mixture and roll into balls.
  6. Roll the truffles in cocoa powder and powdered sugar for coating.
  7. Place on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate until set.
