Ingredients

- 8 oz dark chocolate (70% cocoa), chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it just begins to simmer.
- Remove from heat and add the chopped dark chocolate, stirring until fully melted and smooth.
- Stir in the orange zest and orange juice until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours until firm.
- Using a melon baller or small scoop, portion out the chilled chocolate mixture and roll into balls.
- Roll the truffles in cocoa powder and powdered sugar for coating.
- Place on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate until set.
