Instructions
- Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente.
- While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Drain spaghetti, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.
- Add spaghetti to the pan with garlic and oil, tossing to combine.
- If needed, add reserved pasta water to achieve desired consistency.
- Stir in grated parmesan cheese and season with salt.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
