  • 8 small corn tortillas

  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup pico de gallo
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each fish fillet in buttermilk, then coat with the flour mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat; fry fish until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
