Ingredients

- 400g pasta (penne or rigatoni)
- 100g Parmesan cheese, grated
- 100g mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 100g Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- 100g ricotta cheese
- 500ml heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 50g unsalted butter
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the Parmesan, mozzarella, Gorgonzola, and ricotta until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked pasta to the cheese sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh basil.
Notes
- For a sharper flavor, use aged cheeses.
- You can add cooked spinach or sun-dried tomatoes for variation.
- Serve with a side of garlic bread.
