Description

Ingredients

  • 400g pasta (penne or rigatoni)
  • 100g Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 100g mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 100g Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 100g ricotta cheese
  • 500ml heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 50g unsalted butter
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh basil, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Stir in the Parmesan, mozzarella, Gorgonzola, and ricotta until melted and smooth.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the cheese sauce and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh basil.

  • For a sharper flavor, use aged cheeses.
  • You can add cooked spinach or sun-dried tomatoes for variation.
