- 3 cups brown rice, uncooked

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, and ginger.
- Add diced chicken and mix well to coat.
- In separate bags, portion out chicken, bell peppers, broccoli, and rice.
- Pour marinade over chicken in each bag.
- Seal bags tightly and remove excess air.
- Label bags with date and contents.
- Freeze for up to 3 months.
- To cook, thaw overnight in the refrigerator and stir-fry over medium heat until chicken is cooked through.
