Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Season the steak cubes with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of butter to the skillet and allow it to melt.
  4. Add the steak cubes in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes until browned.
  5. Flip the steak bites and cook for another 2-3 minutes for medium rare.
  6. Reduce heat to medium and add the minced garlic.
  7. Stir in the remaining butter and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  8. Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
