Ingredients

- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Season the steak cubes with salt and black pepper.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add 2 tablespoons of butter to the skillet and allow it to melt.
- Add the steak cubes in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes until browned.
- Flip the steak bites and cook for another 2-3 minutes for medium rare.
- Reduce heat to medium and add the minced garlic.
- Stir in the remaining butter and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate the steak bites in garlic and herbs for a few hours.
- Serve with a side of roasted vegetables or over a bed of mashed potatoes.
- Use a cast iron skillet for better heat retention and even cooking.
